What Is The MELT Method?

The MELT Method® is a self-treatment approach developed by Sue Hitzmann that uses specialized soft tools—like the MELT roller, hand & foot treatment balls, and gentle compression techniques—to enhance fluid flow through the fascia (your body’s connective tissue). Through its four key pillars—Reconnect, Rebalance, Rehydrate, Release—you can reduce stiffness, joint pain, tension, and stress, then improve posture, mobility, recovery, and overall wellbeing
